TWSA Directors Meeting of September 10, 2007
Directors Present: Carl Johnson, Larry Mittelstaedt, Curt Gibeaut, Carl Salzwedel, Jeff Anderson, Michael Borchers, and Jim Murphy.
President Carl Johnson called meeting to order.
Carl Salzwedel read the Secretary’s report for the meeting of August 13th, 2007. Jim Murphy made a motion to accept as read, seconded by Curt Gibeaut motion carried as read.
Jim Murphy read the Treasurer’s report. Curt Gibeaut made a motion to accept as read, seconded by Jeff Anderson motion carried as read.
Old Business
Discussion for fishery is tabled until next meeting.
New Business
Cranfest Plans are being lined up.
Curt Gibeaut made a motion to purchase 10 Archery Bunkers for $250 each from Scheels, seconded by Larry Mittelstaedt motion carried to purchase bunkers.
There was discussion on 3-D shoot with Scheels. The Date is attentively scheduled for May 17 & 18th 2008, more discussion at next meeting.
Plans for the Badger Challenge Academy shoot are being made for October 13th 2007. There is expected to be 120 youth from the Badger Challenge Academy at the event. The Club will need around 20 Workers to help with the event. Any amount of help will be greatly appreciated.
Add for WBH is tabled until next meeting to see what cost will be.
Propane tank has been filled.
22 riffle range is complete.
There was discussion on having Boy Scouts be able to use club grounds. We need to find out what are insurance covers, more discussion at next meeting.
We are in the process of getting quotes for the acoustical ceiling.
$5,204 has been brought in on the club raffle to date. More tickets need to be sold in order for the Club to profit.
