TWSA Directors Meeting of January 14, 2008
Directors Present: Curt Gibeaut, Carl Salzwedel, Jeff Anderson Carl Johnson
Jim Murphy, Michael Borchers, and Larry Mittelstaedt.
President Carl Johnson called meeting to order.
Carl Salzwedel read the Secretary’s report for the meeting of December 17th, 2007. Jeff Anderson made a motion to accept as read, seconded by Larry Mittelstaedt motion carried as read.
Jim Murphy read the Treasurer’s report. Larry Mittelstaedt made a motion to accept as read, seconded by Curt Gibeaut motion carried as read.
Old Business
Scheels shoot is being planed.
Upcoming shotgun events for next year are being setup.
Michael Borchers made a motion that we order a recognition plaque, 18” x 24” with 80 name plates and call it “The Jones Recognition Plaque” for a cost of $250.00, seconded by Jim Murphy motion carried.
As of now there are 5 teams setup for winter archery league. League start date will be delayed to see if we can get more teams.
TWSA Annual Meeting will be held February 11th, 2008 7:00 P.M. on Club Grounds.
New Business
Nominations will be needed to replace outgoing board members Carl Salzwedel & Jeff Anderson.
Fisherman’s Night Out is being planned.
Jim Murphy made a motion to get dumpster to clean out storage shed, seconded by Larry Mittelstaedt motion carried.
Michael Borchers made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Larry Mittelstaedt meeting adjourned.
