TWSA MEETING ON DECEMBER 8, 2008
Directors present: Paul Gasser, Carl Johnson, Mike Borchers, Jim Murphy and Curt Gibeaut.
Directors absent: Larry Mittelsteadt
The secretary’s report was read by Paul Gasser. Mike made a motion to accept it as read, seconded by Jim motion carried.
The treasures report was read by Jim, Mike made a motion to accept it as read, Curt seconded it motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS
Curt will have the arrow price by next meeting.
The waiver is set and will be used for all events of the club, memberships sold need to also fill this out. The waiver and membership stub must be turned in together to validate the membership. Starting January 2009.
NEW BUSINESS
Mike will be running the shotgun range while Lavern is recovering from surgery. Mike will also check with Scott on running the rabbit trap at the Cranberry 200 this year.
There will be a $5.00 donation for Tom and Jerry Night, Mike and Curt will set this up.
A motion was made by Mike to set 3D shoot fee at $10.00 for 2009, Curt seconded it motion carried.
The March 3D shoot will be set as a donation to the food pantry. A non parishable will lower entry fee to $8.00 or $2.00 of your $10.00 entry fee will be donated. Paul will set this up with the food pantry.
January 21 the indoor league will start it will run 10 weeks.
The Boys and Girls club will have there archery class starting the first week of Febuary and last for 4 weeks.
Paul and Alan will build bow holders for the safe room. And check on cameras for club security.
It was tabled for a later meeting on renting out the club building to the public.
All of the cabinets will be purchased this month to finish out the NRA grant we received this year.
We put a quarter page ad in the WBH magazine.
Jim made a motion to put $6000.00 on the principle of our loan,Curt seconded the motion, motion carried.
Mike made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Curt seconded it motion carried.
