TWSA Directors Meeting of August 13, 2007
Directors Present: Carl Johnson, Michael Borchers, Curt Gibeaut, Carl Salzwedel, Jeff Anderson and Jim Murphy.
President Carl Johnson called meeting to order.
Carl Salzwedel read the Secretary’s report for the meeting of July 9th, 2007. Michael Borchers made a motion to accept as read, seconded by Jeff Anderson motion carried as read.
Paul Salzwedel read the Treasurer’s report. Jim Murphy made a motion to accept as read, seconded by Jeff Anderson motion carried as read.
Old Business
We will leave water heater hookup as is and put a sign up that tells what switches need to be on for heater to work.
Discussion for fishery is tabled until next meeting
New Business
Fisherman’s Night Out donations were reviewed.
Carl Johnson made a motion to pay $1,550 in donations and $500 to help stock the fish pond from the Fisherman’s Night Out account, seconded by Rob Fink motion carried.
John Knapp made a motion to hold 3-D shoot with Scheels in May of 2008, seconded by Curt Gibeaut motion carried.
Five stand league will be starting for shotgun to gear up for hunting season.
Club raffle has brought in $1,810 from Tractor Pull, $1,410 from Fair, and $365 from Clay Shoot. So far $5,006 to date has been brought in for raffle.
Jeff Anderson made a motion to buy 10 cases of 12 Ga. shells and 2 cases of 20 Ga. shells seconded by Michael Borchers motion carried.
Women in the outdoor event that was held here was a success.
Cranfest plans are being worked on.
Jeff Anderson made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Jim Murphy meeting adjourned.
